The global solar PV market was strong in the last week. Volume of PV projects was still high, and related policies and business partnerships were forming. Large-scale PV power plant projects were highly visible around the world, and this situation could be from the trendy policy of FiT and subsidies reduction.

Trade relationship between China and the U.S. is still the key factor to future PV supply-and-demand scheme. Chinese manufacturers have been deploying overseas production capacity to supply PV products without U.S.’s anti-dumping and countervailing tariffs. Nonetheless, there would be a review of the tariffs in following months, and the trade relationship could be changed if the tariffs were re-designed.
