Trina Solar Limited (TSL) ("Trina Solar" or the "Company"), a integrated manufacturer of solar photovoltaic (PV) products from the production of ingots, wafers and cells to the assembly of PV modules, announced that its subsidiary, Trina Solar (U.S.) Inc., has signed a sales agreement to supply solar modules to US-based FRV AE Solar, LLC ("FRV"), a subsidiary of Fotowatio Renewable Ventures, Inc. ("FRV, Inc."), a global independent solar power producer.
Under the terms of the agreement, Trina Solar is expected to supply FRV with approximately 35 MW of the Company's powerful utility-scale solar modules during 2011, at predetermined prices. Delivery is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2011 for one of the largest solar PV systems located just outside of Austin, Texas.
