EnergyTrend, the Green Energy Research Division from TrendForce, has conducted an industry-wide price survey throughout the entire PV supply chain on July 15, 2020.
In the Chinese market, the price of multi polysilicon has increased from RMB 38/KG to RMB 39/KG, up 2.63%. The price of mono polysilicon has increased from RMB 58/KG to RMB 60/KG, up 3.45 %. In the non-Chinese markets, the price of multi polysilicon rose slightly to US$7/KG. The latest global average price of multi polysilicon was US$7.175/KG, which has increased 3.15% from the previous US$6.956/KG.
This week, the wafer prices have remained stable. The price of multi-Si wafers was RMB 1.18 /Pc and US$0.144 /Pc. The price of M2 mono-Si wafers was still RMB 2.3/Pc and US$0.286/Pc. The price of G1 mono-Si wafers remained at RMB 2.5 /Pc and US$0.305/Pc. The price of M6 mono-Si wafers was RMB 2.55 /Pc and US$0.315 /Pc.
The prices of multi-Si PV cells basically remained stable this week. The price of general multi-Si cells was RMB0.5/W and US$0.071/W. The price of the general mono-Si cells was RMB 0.74/W and US$0.09/W. The latest price of G1 mono-Si cells has increased from RMB 0.79/W to RMB0.8/W, up 1.27%. The quoted price in the US dollars was US$0.099 /W. The price of M6 mono-Si cells was RMB 0.82/W, up 1.23%. The quoted price in US dollars was US$0.1/W.
The quoted price of the general multi-Si (275W-280W) modules in Chinese Yuan was RMB1.34/W, which has decreased by 0.74% from the previous RMB1.35/W. The quoted price in US Dollars was US$0.174/W, which has decreased by 1.14% from the previous US$0.176/W. The quoted price of the high-efficiency multi-Si (325W-330W) modules in Chinese Yuan remained at RMB 1.39/W. The quoted price in US Dollars was US$0.188/W. The latest quoted price of the general mono-Si (305-310W) modules in Chinese Yuan was RMB1.46/W, down 0.68%. And the quoted price in US Dollars remained at US$0.24/W.
The average price of the high-efficiency mono-Si (315-320W) modules in Chinese Yuan was RMB1.52/W. The quoted price in US dollars was US$0.19/W. The quoted price of the superior-high efficiency mono-Si (>320W/385W) modules in Chinese Yuan was RMB1.54/W. The latest quoted price in US Dollars was US$0.195/W, which has decreased 2.5% from US$0.2 /W in last week.
