In the Chinese market, the price of multi polysilicon has significantly increased from RMB39/KG to RMB55/KG, up 41.03 %. The price of mono-grade polysilicon has increased from RMB68/KG to RMB83/KG, up 22.06 %. In the non-Chinese markets, the price of multi polysilicon has increased from US$7.9/KG to US$8.5/KG, up 7.59%. The latest global average price of multi polysilicon was US$9.668/KG, which has increased 19.97% from the previous US$8.059/KG.
This week, the wafer prices have increased from RMB1.2/Pc to RMB1.41/Pc, up 17.5%; the quoted price in US dollars remained at US$0.144/Pc. The price of M2 mono-Si wafers has increased from RMB2.38/Pc to RMB2.85/Pc, up 19.75%; the quoted price in US dollars was US$0.312/Pc, up 6.48%. The price of G1 mono-Si wafers has increased from RMB2.6/Pc to RMB2.85/Pc, up 9.62%. The quoted price in US dollars has increased from US$0.328/Pc to US$0.35/Pc, up 6.71%. The price of M6 mono-Si wafers was RMB2.95/Pc, up 7.27%. The quoted price in US dollars has increased from US$0.335/Pc to US$0.37/Pc, up 10.45%.
The price of multi-Si PV cells remained unchanged at RMB0.54/W. The quoted price in US dollars has increased from US$0.071/W to US$0.087/W, up 22.54%. The price of the general mono-Si cells was RMB 0.83/W. The quoted price in US dollars has increased to US$0.1112/W, up 15.46%. The latest price of G1 mono-Si cells has continued to climb from RMB0.85/W to RMB0.89/W, up 4.71%. The quoted price in US dollars has increased to US$0.117/W, up 17%. The price of M6 mono-Si cells was RMB0.9/W, up 3.45%. The quoted price in US dollars has increased from US$0.117/W to US$0.119/W, up 1.71%.
The quoted price of the general multi-Si (275W-280W) modules in Chinese Yuan was RMB 1.33/W; the quoted price in US Dollars remained at US$0.174/W. The quoted price of the high-efficiency multi-Si (325W-330W) modules in Chinese Yuan has increased from RMB1.39/W to RMB1.4/W, up 0.72%. The quoted price in US Dollars was US$0.188 /W.
The quoted price of the high-efficiency mono-Si (315-320W) modules in Chinese Yuan was RMB1.53/W, up 0.66%. The latest quoted price in US Dollars was US$0.19/W.The quoted price of the superior-high efficiency mono-Si (>320W/385W) modules in Chinese Yuan has remained at RMB 1.55 /W. The latest quoted price in US Dollars was US$0.196/W. Both quoted prices have gone up slightly.
