On January 18th, Longi issued an announcement stating that in accordance with strategic development, the company signed a cooperation agreement with the Xixian New District Development and Construction Management Committee of Shaanxi Province and the Jinghe New City Management Committee of Xixian New District of Shaanxi Province, who reached a cooperation intention to invest in the construction of a 15GW mono-cell project. The project investment is estimated to be about 8 billion yuan, and it is planned to be put into operation in 2022.
