The document shows that Fuyang Yingxun Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. has decided to invest in the construction of an annual 3GW N-type high-efficiency photovoltaic cell production project and other supporting infrastructure in the Economic Development Zone of Yingshang County, Anhui Province. It will purchase single crystal texturing equipment, CVD coating equipment, PVD coating equipment, screen printing equipment, feedstock inspection instruments, EL testers and other testing equipment. After completion, it will be able to produce 3GW of N-type high-efficiency photovoltaic cells annually. The total investment of the project is 850 million yuan.
The project leases Anhui Saiying Photovoltaic Energy Technology Co., Ltd. factory existing plant idle area for construction, a total of three phases, has been approved for the construction of high-efficiency photovoltaic cell industrial park project (Phase I), with an annual output of N-type high-efficiency photovoltaic cells 3GW, the construction of storage and transportation projects, public works, etc., are arranged according to the 8GW production capacity. The project is expected to start construction in August 2025 and put into operation in December 2025, with a construction period of 4 months.
