Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited (NYSE: YGE), a Chinese solar energy company and one of the world's largest vertically integrated photovoltaic manufacturers, which markets its products under the brand "Yingli Solar," announced that it has signed a five-year polysilicon supply agreement with OCI Chemical Corporation ("OCI"), a chemicals producer in Korea.
Under the terms of the agreement, OCI has agreed to supply polysilicon with a total value of approximately US$442 million to Yingli Green Energy from 2011 to 2015.
