Recently, LONGi Green Energy officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with JW SEZ Group, a leading integrated product solution provider in Pakistan. The two parties will jointly promote the LONGi eHome series of integrated solar-plus-storage solutions for household users.
The LONGi eHome solution integrates LONGi's high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, inverters, intelligent energy storage systems, and energy management technology. It can meet the diverse needs of household users for daily electricity consumption, backup power, and energy saving/cost reduction. Furthermore, it has been optimized for the specific characteristics of the Pakistani market, offering a selection of multi-level power output options.
Hopewind Power Secures Energy Storage Project Orders in Five Countries
Recently, Hopewind Power achieved significant breakthroughs in key energy storage markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, consecutively winning new energy storage project orders in Greece, Estonia, Lithuania, Côte d'Ivoire, and Zimbabwe.
Greece: Hopewind Power signed a cooperation agreement with a Greek client for a 45MWh grid-side standalone energy storage power station project, marking the first large-scale energy storage project landing in Southern Europe.
Estonia and Lithuania: Hopewind Power deployed grid-side energy storage projects of 7MWh, 20MWh, and 5MWh in Estonia and Lithuania, respectively, providing energy storage system equipment.
Côte d'Ivoire: Hopewind Power successfully deployed three factory energy storage projects locally, utilizing the HyperBlock III 5MWh system to construct a grid-forming microgrid system integrating PV + Storage + Diesel Generation + Grid power.
Zimbabwe: The company is advancing user-side energy storage cooperation in Zimbabwe, with the first phase deploying 15 HyperCube C&I (Commercial & Industrial) energy storage systems. To adapt to Africa's unique power consumption scenarios, Hopewind Power conducted in-depth customization and development of the equipment.
Star Charge Signs Energy Storage Agreement Exceeding 32.24 GWh
According to foreign media reports, Star Charge Americas (the US subsidiary of Star Charge) has signed a master service agreement with Beneficial Holdings, Inc., an infrastructure developer headquartered in New Jersey, to deploy large-scale battery energy storage projects in the United States and Puerto Rico.
The total scale of the aforementioned energy storage projects is expected to exceed 32.24 GWh, with a value surpassing $3.2 billion (approximately RMB 22.782 billion). It is reported that Star Charge's US headquarters is located in Fremont, California, and it has a manufacturing base in Columbus, Ohio.
Tesla and Samsung SDI May Reach Energy Storage Battery Procurement Agreement
On November 3rd, Reuters reported that the South Korean battery manufacturer Samsung SDI has reached an agreement with Tesla to supply energy storage system batteries worth over 3 trillion Korean won (approximately $2.11 billion) to Tesla over three years.
Industry insiders revealed that negotiations are in the late stage, and the formal signing of the agreement is expected within the next few weeks.
Currently, Samsung SDI has stated that no decision has been made. Tesla has not yet commented on this.
