On November 6th, Tianci Materials released two announcements, declaring the signing of procurement contracts with Gotion High-Tech and CALB, involving a total estimated volume exceeding 1.595 million tons of electrolyte products.
On November 6th, Jiujiang Tianci, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianci Materials, signed an "Annual Procurement Contract" with Gotion High-Tech. Gotion High-Tech is expected to purchase a total volume of 870,000 tons of electrolyte products from Jiujiang Tianci during the 2026–2028 period.
On the same day, Tianci Materials signed the "2026-2028 Supply Guarantee Framework Agreement" with CALB, committing to supply an estimated total volume of 725,000 tons of electrolyte products to CALB during the 2026–2028 period.
The specific procurement volume, unit price, specifications, and models for both orders are subject to the "Purchase Orders" confirmed by both parties. The signing of these agreements is beneficial for all parties in establishing long-term, stable cooperative relationships and promoting a close supply-demand linkage across the industry chain.
In addition to these two recent orders, Tianci Materials also disclosed the subsequent progress of framework agreements announced over the past three years. It is understood that Tianci Materials has secured long-term contracts with leading battery companies, totaling over 3.6 million tons signed over three years, as detailed below:
Additionally, the third-quarter 2025 report shows that Tianci Materials achieved a total operating revenue of 10.843 billion RMB in the first three quarters, representing a year-on-year increase of 22.34%; and a net profit attributable to the parent company of 421 million RMB, a year-on-year increase of 24.33%. Both core performance indicators saw a year-on-year growth exceeding 22%, achieving stable growth.
