On November 11, Trina Storage announced that Scott Poulter, Chairman and CEO of Pacific Green, recently visited its headquarters. The two parties discussed the previously signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), finalizing the details for a 5 GWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) cooperation and a global project synergy plan, thereby accelerating the partnership.
The agreement stipulates that the two companies will jointly deliver 5 GWh of energy storage projects across various markets, including Australia and Europe, between 2026 and 2028. The cooperation footprint is expected to expand further to markets such as North America in the future.
It is noteworthy that Trina Storage has recently secured a continuous stream of "mega-orders" in the overseas market, with the scale of announced orders nearing 10 GWh in the past two months alone. Gao Jifan, Chairman and CEO of Trina Solar, clearly stated: "We anticipate that the shipment volume for the fourth quarter of 2025 will reach 5 GWh, a figure close to the total shipment volume for the entire year of 2024."

Regarding shipment targets and regional focus, Trina Storage stated that its goal for this year is 8 GWh, and the shipment target for 2026 is planned to be a basic doubling of this year's figure, projecting 16 GWh. The company has currently signed overseas orders exceeding 10 GWh, which are expected to be primarily delivered in 2025–2026, and it will continue to intensify its efforts to secure further orders in overseas markets.

Currently, the battery cells within Trina's storage systems are 100% self-supplied and manufactured.
