On November 20, EVE Energy released an announcement stating that it has signed a Procurement Framework Agreement with Smoore International Holdings Limited.
According to the agreement, starting from January 1, 2026, SMOORE and its subsidiaries will continually purchase battery cells and other products from EVE Energy and its subsidiaries as raw materials. The agreement will remain in effect until December 31, 2028.
Since Ms. Jiang Min, a director and senior executive of the company, also serves as a non-executive director of SMOORE International, this transaction constitutes a connected transaction under relevant regulations. However, as this agreement is only a framework agreement and does not yet constitute a substantive connected transaction, the matter does not require submission to the company’s Board of Directors for review.
Over the past three years, EVE Energy and the SMOORE Group have maintained a solid cooperative relationship:
The signing of this agreement will help both parties build a long-term, stable, and positive partnership. The product transactions involved fall within the company’s normal business activities and will support its production operations and steady development.
