As learned from EnergyTrend, JA Solar has recently signed a 100MW PV module supply agreement with an Uzbekistani enterprise, and TCL Solar also announced its outstanding achievement of delivering 620MW of modules in the Brazilian market in 2025. Leading PV enterprises continue to materialize their layout in the emerging PV markets of Central Asia and Latin America.
100MW: JA Solar Secures PV Module Order in Uzbekistan
On February 2, JA Solar Technology announced that it had recently entered into a cooperation with Green-KW Group, a renewable energy enterprise in Uzbekistan, with the two parties officially signing a PV module supply agreement with a total capacity of 100MW.
The agreement covers the supply of 20MW of DeepBlue 5.0 high-efficiency PV modules, which are tailored to the solar resource conditions and climatic environment of Uzbekistan and will provide a reliable guarantee for high-efficiency power generation of local PV projects.
Prior to this cooperation, the two parties had conducted in-depth exchanges. From January 21 to 23, 2026, a delegation from Green-KW Group visited JA Solar Technology's Yangzhou manufacturing base for on-site inspections and in-depth discussions. By touring the intelligent production lines, the delegation gained a comprehensive understanding of JA Solar Technology's full-chain quality control system and innovative technology layout from R&D to manufacturing, laying a solid foundation for the official cooperation.
TCL Solar: 620MW PV Module Deliveries in Brazil in 2025
On the same day, TCL Solar also released the phased results of its layout in the Brazilian market. 2025 marked TCL Solar's first year entering the Brazilian market, where the company achieved an annual delivery volume of approximately 620MW of PV modules.
It is reported that TCL Solar has established a robust distribution system in the Brazilian market, and its channel strategy has supported the rapid realization of market coverage. About 90% of the annual delivery volume was completed through the distribution network, while the remaining 10% was supplied directly to large-scale PV power plants and commercial PV projects.
For 2026, TCL Solar has formulated a clear development plan for the Brazilian market. On the basis of maintaining the existing delivery scale, the company will expand its business scope to the utility-scale PV project sector and enrich its product portfolio to meet the market demands of different scales in the region.
