According to a review by EnergyTrend, Shenzhen Yichu Digital Intelligence Energy Group Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Shenzhen Yichu Energy Technology Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “Shenzhen Yichu”) established 10 wholly-owned subsidiaries in a concentrated manner in March 2026, accelerating its layout in new energy and digital intelligence businesses including energy storage and photovoltaic power.
Data from Qcc shows that Shenzhen Yichu newly established 10 wholly-owned subsidiaries within just two weeks from March 12 to 25. Each of these new subsidiaries has a registered capital of RMB 5 million, all registered in Nanshan District, Shenzhen.
The business scope of the new companies covers R&D of emerging energy technologies, manufacturing and sales of new energy prime movers, manufacturing and sales of photovoltaic equipment and components, wind power technology services, energy storage technology services, and other related fields, focusing on services across the entire new energy industry chain.In fact, since the second half of 2025, Shenzhen Yichu has intensively established dozens of wholly-owned subsidiaries to continuously expand its business landscape.
Public information shows that Shenzhen Yichu was founded on May 16, 2024. It was formerly known as Shenzhen Yichu Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and was once a holding subsidiary of Ganfeng Lithium.
Notably, in October 2025, Ganfeng Lithium announced the transfer of a 29.5355% stake in Shenzhen Yichu to Wanxin Green Energy. Following the transaction, Wanxin Green Energy became the largest shareholder with a 44.2361% stake, while Ganfeng Lithium’s shareholding dropped to 40.0399%, making it the second-largest shareholder. Shenzhen Yichu was no longer included in Ganfeng Lithium’s consolidated financial statements.
Despite no longer holding a controlling stake, Ganfeng Lithium maintains in-depth industrial synergy with Shenzhen Yichu. It has not only provided cumulative guarantee support of up to RMB 4.35 billion to Shenzhen Yichu and its subsidiaries, but also cooperated in the supply of upstream resources such as lithium salt and energy storage batteries, supporting Shenzhen Yichu’s business expansion and jointly improving the layout of the energy storage industry chain.
