The related implemented projects comprehensively cover core links such as energy storage cells, energy storage systems, all-vanadium redox flow batteries, and lithium iron phosphate cathode materials.

20GWh Energy Storage Cell Project Commences
On March 28, the on-site promotion activity for the Guoke Energy (Sichuan) 20GWh energy storage cell project was held in the Meishan Tianfu New Area.
It is understood that the Guoke Energy (Sichuan) 20GWh energy storage cell project is invested and constructed by Anhui Guoke Energy Technology Co., Ltd. with an investment of 5.5 billion yuan. The project covers a total land area of 340 mu and will be advanced in two phases.
Among them, the first phase of the project will build a 10GWh lithium iron phosphate cell production line, which is expected to be completed and put into operation in December 2026; the second phase is planned to be launched in 2028, adding another 10GWh cell production line, a battery PACK line, and a research and development center.

Haiyang Green Power Industrial Park Phase I Commissioned and Phase II Commences
On March 28, Wanhua Chemical's Haiyang Green Power Industrial Park held a ceremony for the commissioning of its Phase I project and the commencement of its Phase II project. The industrial park mainly constructs facilities for 500,000 tons/year of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials and 300,000 tons/year of artificial graphite anode materials.
It is reported that the Wanhua Haiyang Green Power Industrial Park is located in Haiyang City, Yantai, covering a total area of about 1,850 mu, with a planned total investment of 16.8 billion yuan. Among them, the Phase I planned construction of 100,000 tons of fourth-generation high-compaction lithium iron phosphate battery materials per year has currently been put into operation; the Phase II planned construction of a 200,000-ton lithium iron phosphate project has commenced and is expected to be put into operation by the end of 2026; the environmental impact assessment for the Phase III planned 200,000-ton lithium iron phosphate project has been approved.

Annual Output 500,000-Ton Lithium Iron Phosphate Project Commences
On March 27, Inner Mongolia Fulin Shidai New Material Co., Ltd. signed a state-owned construction land use right transfer contract for its annual output 500,000-ton high-end energy storage lithium iron phosphate project.
On the same day, the Ejin Horo Banner Natural Resources Bureau, jointly with the Banner Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, simultaneously issued the construction land planning permit, construction project planning permit, and construction project construction permit for the project, successfully realizing the goal of "starting construction immediately upon acquiring land."
It is reported that the project is located in the Zero-Carbon Industrial Park of the Mengsu Economic Development Zone in Ordos, with a planned total investment of 6 billion yuan, divided into two phases of construction. The two phases of the project will be implemented simultaneously, with a planned production capacity of 250,000 tons of new lithium iron phosphate each, and the construction cycle is expected to be 12 months.

12GWh All-Vanadium Flow Battery Equipment Manufacturing Base Commences
On March 27, Jiuyao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.'s 3GW/12GWh all-vanadium flow battery full-industry-chain equipment manufacturing base project commenced in the Inner Mongolia Alxa High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.
The project has a planned total investment of 3.2 billion yuan and will be constructed in two phases. It will build a full-industry-chain manufacturing base covering core materials, key components, and system integration. Once completed, it can form an annual production capacity of 3GW/12GWh of energy storage systems.

12GWh Jiashan Energy Storage Smart Manufacturing Base Commissioned
On March 27, the commissioning ceremony of the BOOSTESS Group Jiashan Energy Storage Smart Manufacturing Base was grandly held in Jiashan, Zhejiang, marking the official operation of a modern energy storage manufacturing base with an annual production capacity of over 12GWh.
The company stated that three production lines at the base have currently been put into trial production operation. Over the next three years, it plans to complete the comprehensive layout of six production lines to achieve an annual production capacity of over 12GWh, further enhancing its core competitiveness in capacity and technology.

On March 26, the Phase I engineering of Ningxia Hengtron Technology Co., Ltd.'s annual output 130,000-ton lithium manganese iron phosphate cathode material production base project commenced in the Yinchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone in Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
It is reported that the project has a total investment of 4.8 billion yuan and is planned to be constructed in two phases. The first phase plans an annual output 30,000-ton lithium manganese iron phosphate power battery cathode material production line, which is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in December 2026.
