Recently, JinkoSolar and Arctech have respectively secured orders for solar modules and tracking systems in the European, Oceanian, and Middle Eastern markets, with a combined capacity exceeding 1.7 GW.
JinkoSolar: Signs Overseas Solar Module Orders for Nearly 235 MW
Recently, JinkoSolar has successively signed solar module supply agreements with clients in four countries: France, Australia, the Netherlands, and Jordan. The total contracted capacity reaches 234.89 MW. All four of the aforementioned overseas solar projects will exclusively utilize JinkoSolar's Tiger Neo 3.0 series modules, which are based on the new-generation TOPCon technology.
These newly signed orders cover diverse application scenarios across Europe, Oceania, and the Middle East:
France (94.73 MW): This project represents the largest order size. The products will primarily be used to meet power generation demands under the local climate conditions of extensive cloud cover and low irradiance.
Australia (72 MW): The introduction of high-efficiency modules will reduce the project's land disturbance by delivering a higher power output per unit area.
The Netherlands (39.15 MW): These modules will be mainly applied to the construction of ground-mounted power plants to offset the region's high land and Balance of System (BOS) costs.
Jordan (29.01 MW): The modules will be deployed directly in the Middle East's high-albedo desert environment, which is characterized by high summer temperatures and arid conditions.
According to EnergyTrend, the global cumulative contracted orders for JinkoSolar's Tiger Neo 3.0 series N-type high-efficiency solar modules have currently approached 9.5 GW.
Arctech: Secures 1.5 GW Solar Tracking System Order in the UAE
Recently, Arctech officially signed a supply agreement with Shandong Electric Power Construction Corporation III (SEPCOIII), successfully securing the tracking system order for the 1.5 GW (AC side) PV4 Hazza solar project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
This successful bid marks Arctech's continuous business coverage of large-scale solar projects in the UAE market, spanning the PV2 (2.1 GW), PV3 (1.5 GW), and PV4 series.
As of now, Arctech's cumulative order volume in the Middle Eastern market has surpassed 28 GW. The company has also established a comprehensive localized operation system in the region—such as its Jeddah production base—encompassing research and development, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering services, thereby providing robust capacity support for the delivery of large-scale projects within the region.
