Business registration details reveal that the partnership is registered in Huli District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province. Its business scope includes engaging in equity investment, investment management, asset management, and other activities through private funds, as well as investment activities using its own funds.
Shareholding trace data indicates that Xiamen Ruiyuan Shidai Phase II M&A Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) was jointly established by three entities: Xiamen Ruiting Investment Co., Ltd., Xiamen Jinrui Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Xiamen Puquan Private Equity Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), with subscription ratios of 49.6689%, 49.6689%, and 0.6623%, respectively.
Public shareholding trace information shows that CATL's wholly-owned subsidiary, CATL New Energy Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., holds a 45% stake in Xiamen Puquan Private Equity Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership). Shareholding tracing further shows that Xiamen Ruiting Investment Co., Ltd. is controlled by platforms related to CATL's controlling shareholder.
In addition, the capital contributors to Xiamen Jinrui Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) include entities under the Xiamen Jinyuan Group system. Xiamen Jinyuan Investment Group is a municipal state-owned asset platform in Xiamen, 100% owned by the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Finance.
As of now, the fund has not publicly disclosed specific investment targets, investment directions, or arrangements regarding subsequent capital contribution schedules.
