On September 4, the signing ceremony for Goneo Group’s acquisition of Afore New Energy was held in Cixi, Zhejiang.
Afore New Energy primarily operates in fields such as photovoltaic (PV) inverters and energy storage inverters, having built a solid foundation in technology R&D, product portfolios, and global market expansion. Currently, the company’s business covers more than 60 countries and regions worldwide, serving over 300 industry clients.
Upon completion of the acquisition, Goneo Group will further extend its footprint in the new energy sector. By integrating Afore New Energy's existing product offerings, core technologies, and global channel resources, Goneo Group expects to bolster its product and technical capabilities in new energy while expanding its overseas customer base and market resources.
At the same time, Goneo Group’s strengths in branding, supply chain, and industrial resources will create synergies with Afore New Energy’s current operations, further enhancing its strategic coverage across solar power, energy storage, EV charging, and power distribution.
Goneo Group stated that new energy is a key strategic focus for the company, and both parties will accelerate their integration moving forward to drive the growth of the new energy business.
