LONGi Green Energy Establishes New PV Subsidiary
According to QCC, Nanjing Longyue New Energy Co., Ltd. was founded on September 16, with Ni Tao as its legal representative and a registered capital of RMB 6 million. Shareholder records show that the company is wholly owned by Xi’an LONGi New Energy Co., Ltd., which is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of LONGi Green Energy.
Registered in Qixia District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, its business scope covers solar power generation technical services, manufacturing and sales of PV equipment and components, leasing of PV power generation equipment, as well as manufacturing and sales of new energy prime mover equipment.
Topray Solar Invests RMB 10 Million to Set Up New Energy Storage Company
Kashi Yunheng Zhichu Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. was established on September 7 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. QCC data indicates it is 100% held by Kashi Ruicheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Topray Solar.
Registered in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the company engages in energy storage technical services, and the manufacturing and sales of PV equipment and components.
Zhiguang Electric Invests RMB 100 Million in New Subsidiary
Guangdong Zhiheng New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. was incorporated on September 2 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. Per QCC’s shareholder information, Zhiguang Electric holds an 80 % stake, while Guangzhou Zhaohe Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Chaodeli New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. each hold 10 %.
Located in Xiangqiao District, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, its business scope includes energy storage technical services, research and development of emerging energy technologies, natural science research and experimental development, new material technology R&D, and energy saving management services.
CRRC Establishes New Energy Storage Company
Xizang CRRC Times New Energy Co., Ltd. was founded on September 2. He Gengliang serves as its legal representative, and its registered capital totals RMB 20 million.
According to QCC, the entity is indirectly wholly owned by CRRC. Registered in Karuo District, Qamdo City, Xizang Autonomous Region, its business scope comprises battery manufacturing, energy storage technical services, production of battery spare parts, sales of charging piles, and centralized fast charging stations.
Great Power Sets Up New Grand Subsidiary
Huizhou Pengchu Smart Technology Co., Ltd. was established on August 31 with a registered capital of RMB 100 000. It is indirectly wholly owned by Great Power.
Based in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, the company’s business scope covers energy storage technical services, solar power generation technical services, battery sales, sales of solar thermal power generation products, centralized fast charging stations, sales of new energy vehicle battery swap facilities, and R&D for emerging energy technologies.
China Coal Group Found New PV Storage Subsidiary
China Coal (Tashkurgan) New Energy Co., Ltd. was incorporated on August 25 with a registered capital of RMB 237.6 million. Equity tracing on QCC reveals it is indirectly wholly owned by China National Coal Group Corporation.
Registered in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, its business scope includes wind power generation technical services, energy storage technical services, solar power generation technical services, power generation, power transmission, and power supply & distribution businesses.
