According to EnergyTrend, Jinko Solar, LONGi and Ronma Solar have recently reported a string of new developments, including overseas order wins, successful bids for PV procurement projects and completed shipments of Ntype modules, as PV projects keep advancing toward implementation.
Jinko Solar Signs PV Order in Romania
On October 8, Jinko Solar announced it had recently secured a supply agreement for a 264.3 MW project in Romania, under which it will supply Tiger Neo 3.0 highefficiency bifacial Ntype modules.
The modules are specifically designated for utilityscale groundmount PV power stations in Romania. While Romania enjoys favorable solar irradiance, the project site is subject to complex climatic conditions such as high summer temperatures and heavy snow accumulation in winter.
Featuring high output power, a high bifaciality factor, excellent temperature coefficient and lowlight performance, along with reliable degradation resistance, Tiger Neo 3.0 modules are wellsuited for local hillyterrain power plants. They help cut civilworks and installation costs and boost power generation over the full lifecycle.
LONGi Wins Bid for BCModule Procurement Project
On October 2, Jingneng Group released a procurement result announcement. LONGi won the bid for the Ntype BC PV module procurement project of Jingneng (Wuhan) Clean Energy, with a total taxinclusive contract value of RMB 11.4575 million.
Beijing Jingneng Tendering & Centralized Procurement Center Co., Ltd. acted as the procurement agent. As the awarded supplier, LONGi will deliver BC PV modules for the Jingneng (Wuhan) Clean Energy project.
Ronma Solar Ships Highefficiency Ntype Bifacial Doubleglass Modules
On September 30, Ronma Solar announced the recent official shipment of its firstbatch 720 Wp highefficiency Ntype bifacial doubleglass modules. The modules are bound for the 1 GW “GrassPV Complementary” PV project developed by Shaanxi Construction Group in the ShiMa BorderIntegration Zone of the 8th Division, Xinjiang.
