According to Qianjiang Official Release, civil construction of Talent New Energy’s all solid state battery production base project is nearly completed. Interior finishing and electromechanical installation works are currently underway. The project is scheduled to kick off trial production this November. Upon completion of Phase I construction, it will deliver a planned annual capacity of 0.5-0.8 GWh, with an estimated annual output value of RMB 800 million.
As introduced, Talent New Energy adopts an oxygen polymer composite technical route, and keeps optimizing battery interfacial contact performance to improve energy density and operational stability. Meanwhile, the company has rolled out the “4 3 2 1” material reduction manufacturing initiative, aiming to cut manufacturing costs through optimized raw material supply and production processes.
Beyond production base construction, Talent New Energy has also pushed forward commercial applications of its battery products this year. In March, Talent New Energy and Yadea Group jointly launched a high end electric motorcycle equipped with mass produced semi solid state batteries, expanding the application of solid state batteries in the two wheeler sector.
On April 14, Talent New Energy unveiled its “Safe+” solid state battery solution tailored for embodied intelligence products, and entered cooperation with leading domestic robotics enterprises. The first batch of battery packs has been delivered to partners for multi scenario testing.
Furthermore, at the 2026 Shenzhen UAV Exhibition held in May, Talent New Energy showcased battery products for UAVs, robots and other scenarios. The portfolio includes high power semi solid state batteries with ~380 Wh/kg energy density, pure silicon anode batteries at 400 Wh/kg, as well as high specific energy batteries at 500 Wh/kg and 550 Wh/kg levels.
