Recently, Shanghai Aiko Solar Energy Co., Ltd. (Aiko Solar), Hainan Drinda New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Drinda), and Suzhou Shijing Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (Shijing Technology) have successively released their financial results for the third quarter of 2026.
Aiko Solar
On October 21, the financial report disclosed by Aiko Solar showed that in the first three quarters of 2026, the company generated operating revenue of RMB 14.472 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 24.79%. It recorded a net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company of RMB 709 million, alongside a net loss after deducting non-recurring gains and losses of RMB 876 million.
In the third quarter alone, the company posted operating revenue of RMB 5.289 billion, up 67.89% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached RMB 44.5666 million, successfully turning profitable on a quarterly basis, while the net loss after deducting non-recurring gains and losses remained at RMB 24.581 million.
Aiko Solar stated that during the third quarter, a year-on-year increase in solar module shipment volumes coupled with rising average selling prices drove growth in both operating revenue and gross margin, thereby improving profitability. However, weighed down by factors such as foreign exchange rate fluctuations and increased foreign exchange losses, the company's net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the first three quarters widened compared to the same period last year.
Drinda
On October 22, Drinda published its third-quarter report. In the first three quarters of 2026, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 5.223 billion, a year-on-year decline of 8.08%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company came to RMB 428 million, and the net loss after deducting non-recurring gains and losses stood at RMB 539 million.
During the third quarter, operating revenue was RMB 2.042 billion, up 1.17% year-on-year. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 175 million, with a net loss after deducting non-recurring gains and losses of RMB 198 million.
Addressing its operating conditions, Drinda pointed out in the report that adjustments in domestic electricity tariff policies, a temporary cyclical pullback in end-market installation demand, and overseas trade barriers had impacted market demand across the photovoltaic sector. At present, the supply-demand balance throughout the PV industry value chain has not experienced substantive improvement, and product prices continue to fluctuate at low levels, placing ongoing pressure on the company's operating performance.
Shijing Technology
On October 21, Shijing Technology disclosed its performance report for the third quarter of 2026. In the first three quarters, the company recorded operating revenue of RMB 124 million, reflecting a year-on-year drop of 88.82%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 791 million, with a net loss after deducting non-recurring gains and losses of RMB 823 million.
In the third quarter, the company generated operating revenue of RMB 26.7783 million, down 50.34% year-on-year. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 98.5331 million, while the net loss after deducting non-recurring gains and losses stood at RMB 99.6955 million.
Shijing Technology stated that a decrease in completed project orders during the reporting period compared to the previous year led to the decline in operating revenue. Furthermore, the company recognized approximately RMB 157 million in credit impairment losses and approximately RMB 209 million in asset impairment losses across the first three quarters.
Regarding operational risks, Shijing Technology disclosed that its pre-reorganization proceedings officially commenced on June 5, 2026. However, pre-reorganization does not signify that the competent court has formally accepted an application for enterprise bankruptcy restructuring, and material uncertainty remains as to whether the company will ultimately enter formal restructuring proceedings.
