Recently, in order to implement the "State Council on promoting the healthy development of photovoltaic industry," the Guangdong provincial government website issued “the Implementation Opinions on Promoting the healthy development of the PV industry” and established development goals, to fight the province's total installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation reached 100 million kilowatts in 2015 to 400 million kilowatts in 2020.
