IEEE METU Student Branch, IEEE Power and Energy Society and Middle East Technical University Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department organizes First IEEE PES Student Congress on 29-31 August at Ankara, Turkey.
More than 100 students and 15 academics from 6 different continents are expected to be part of this ground-breaking event. Renewable energy, electric transision-transmission, energy efficiency, smart grid, nuclear energy systems and future of power and energy sector are basic topics which will be covered during congress.
Technical and non-technical workshops, seminars and sessions will be held with contribution of both local and international guests. Several social events will be held to introduce Turkish Culture and other cultures.
