To Chinese and Taiwanese manufacturers, this is the first week of the year. The review of the first phase anti-dumping and countervailing, which to revised tariffs imposed on China-made PV cells from around 30% down to 17.5%, temporally restrict Taiwanese makers’ developing steps. Fortunately, the global demand in the first quarter seems to remain relatively strong, so manufacturers are attempting to utilize their production capacity and ship as more products as possible.
This week, the most eye-catching event is the CES 2015. Several innovative designs and ideas were also revealed at the event.
