SolarWorld Presents Excellence in Design and Quality in Frankfurt at 2012 Light+Building Show

published: 2012-04-17 15:29

SolarWorld AG's exhibit at this year's Light+Building trade fair will be shaped by energy-efficient construction: From April 15 to 20, the company presents its solutions for the integration of solar power systems that combine high quality with elegant design in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

There will be a series of applications under the motto "We will increase your gross solar product" demonstrating how the systems can guarantee optimum efficiency. The new Sunmodule Plus® SW 196 Vario poly makes it possible to install an additional row of solar modules for the first time ever. It is two cell rows shorter than other standard modules. The design of the new model has been matched to fit with other Sunmodule types, which means you can now combine different module sizes with one another. This technical feat guarantees an optimized use of roof area and increases your system's yield. With a 25-year linear performance guarantee and a ten-year product warranty, your yields are guaranteed for many years to come.

In the area of improved design, the company will present the Sundeck® system, which can seamlessly integrate a solar power system into any roof. Installers won't need to handle aluminum profiles and hooks. Instead, they attach the solar modules directly to specially designed support elements. The benefits: For one, the system can replace part or all of the typical roof covering and in so doing, eliminate costs in new buildings or refurbishment projects, in particular. For another, the system does not stand out because it becomes a uniform element of the roof. SolarWorld AG delivers all Sundeck® roof integration systems as a complete kit with Sunmodule Plus® modules, cables, and the appropriate inverter.

SolarWorld AG also offers the SunPac storage system with an improved capacity of 13.8kWh to increase the portion of homemade power. Customers can take advantage of this backup system to provide security in case of power failures and energy price increases. They also become more independent of utility companies. And now the data can be monitored when you are on the go with the new Suntrol® mobile app from a smartphone or over the Internet portal, regardless of whether you have a storage system.
