Join Hands with Yingli Solar to FC Bayern Youth Cup Final

"FC Bayern Youth Cup" final commenced on May 24, 2012 at the Allianz Arena, home of FC Bayern Munich, in Munich, Germany. Participating countries of the FC Bayern Youth Cup final included China, Germany, Austria, India and Italy. Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited (NYSE: YGE) ("Yingli Green Energy" or the "Company"), a leading solar energy company and one of the world's largest vertically integrated photovoltaic ("PV") manufacturers, which markets its products under the brand "Yingli Solar", hosted ten young talented players from China to compete at the FC Bayern Munich Youth Cup Final.

The format of the FC Bayern Youth Cup final was round robin and teams of eight played on the pitch. Each team played once against one other team and ten matches were played. The team with the most points was announced the winner of the FC Bayern Youth Cup Final.

The concept of "FC Bayern Youth Cup" originated from FC Bayern Munich, one of the most successful football clubs in the world and hosted by their sponsors worldwide. Before FC Bayern Youth Cup final started, ten young football players from China were invited to watch a friendly match between FC Bayern Munich and the Netherlands national team in Allianz Arena. They were able to meet with FC Bayern Munich's first team players, including: Arjen Robben, Franck Ribery, and Thomas Muller etc. Most importantly, they received training from the coaches of FC Bayern at the FC Bayern training center.
