As reported on October 13, KanHoo disclosed the progress of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement. Shenzhen Haoneng Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of KanHoo, has signed an Equipment Purchase and Sale Contract with Hukou LiPure Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of LiPure Energy. Following amicable negotiations, both parties have reached an agreement regarding Hukou LiPure Energy's procurement of dual-layer high-speed extrusion coating machines for positive/negative electrodes and integrated roller-press slitting machines for positive/negative electrodes from Shenzhen Haoneng.
According to reports, on June 27, KanHoo announced the signing of a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with LiPure Energy. The two parties will establish a comprehensive strategic partnership spanning the entire chain from materials to equipment, R&D, and production lines. This collaboration will focus on multiple strategic areas, including production equipment for all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries (including customized equipment), cathode materials for all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries, and market promotion for all-solid-state battery energy storage solutions.
The announcement indicates that the cooperation agreement is valid for three years. Specific collaboration efforts include joint R&D on cathode materials for all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries and joint customized development of mass production equipment for such batteries.
