Recently, Harbin Jiuzhou Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiuzhou Group”) achieved another breakthrough in its overseas market expansion by successfully winning the bid for the AC/DC power supply system procurement segment of four major energy storage projects in Uzbekistan. This marks a further enhancement of the company's participation and influence in the Central Asian energy market.

These energy storage projects represent a crucial initiative for Uzbekistan to optimize its energy structure and ensure grid stability, serving as key components in advancing the nation's renewable energy strategy. With a total capacity of 400MW/800MWh, the projects are distributed across densely populated, high-power-load regions including Andijan Province, Namangan Province, and Tashkent. Employing an advanced “one-time over-provisioning” design, the actual energy storage capacity ranges from 245.96MWh to 260.48MWh. The systems aim to smooth renewable energy output, participate in grid peak regulation, and efficiently integrate green power through electrochemical storage facilities, thereby supporting Uzbekistan's energy security and transition goals.

The AC/DC power supply systems secured by Jiuzhou Group are core control equipment ensuring stable operation of the energy storage power plants. The DC system provides reliable control power to critical equipment such as lithium iron phosphate battery banks and circuit breakers. The AC uninterruptible power supply ensures round-the-clock stable operation of monitoring, protection, and communication systems, effectively eliminating risks of uncontrolled operations caused by station power fluctuations. With its high reliability, this system provides robust support for the energy storage power station's rapid response, safe grid connection, and remote dispatch capabilities, directly ensuring the project fulfills its core functions of grid peak shaving, frequency regulation, and renewable energy integration.
