LONGi Establishes Another New Energy Storage Company
Yuanchu Future (Dongfang) New Energy Co., Ltd. was founded on May 22 with a registered capital of 1 million yuan. Data from Qichacha shows that the new company is wholly owned by Xi'an LONGi New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of LONGi Green Energy.
Located in Dongfang City, Hainan Province, its business scope includes technical services for energy storage, wind-solar integration and solar power generation, manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components, battery manufacturing, as well as the operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
Yichu Digital Intelligence Launches Two New Companies
Shenzhen Digital Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Kechu Hengneng Technology Co., Ltd. were established on May 22, each with a registered capital of 5 million yuan. Both entities are wholly held by Shenzhen Yichu Digital Intelligence, according to Qichacha.
Based in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, the two companies are engaged in R&D of emerging energy technologies, energy storage technical services, battery manufacturing and sales, production and sales of new energy power equipment, big data services, energy conservation management services, as well as power generation, transmission and power supply businesses.
Great Power Sets Up Two New Companies
Qingdao Great Power Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. was founded on May 20 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. It is wholly owned by Guangzhou Great Power Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Great Power, per Qichacha records.
Registered in Qingdao, Shandong Province, the company mainly deals in storage battery sales, supply chain management services, energy storage technical services, charging pile sales, and sales of electronic components and electromechanical equipment.
Guangzhou Penghui Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established on May 18 with a registered capital of 1 million yuan, and was renamed Guangzhou Pengxi Energy Technology Co., Ltd. on May 24. The company, registered in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, is fully controlled by Guangzhou Great Power Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Great Power.
Its business scope covers R&D of emerging energy technologies, solar power generation technical services, energy storage technical services, sales of battery swapping facilities for new energy vehicles, and battery sales.
CATL Establishes a New New Energy Enterprise
Time Dacheng (Yancheng) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was launched on May 21 with a registered capital of 1 million yuan. Qichacha data indicates that it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CATL, registered in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province.
The company’s business includes wind power generation technical services, solar power generation technical services, energy storage technical services, power generation, power transmission and distribution services, as well as carbon emission reduction related businesses.
