A wave of concentrated energy storage order signings took place during SNEC 2026. According to incomplete statistics from EnergyTrend, the total volume of signed deals and strategic cooperation for energy storage at the exhibition exceeded 92.7GWh. Leading enterprises including CORNEX, Ganfeng Lithium Battery, Hithium, SVOLT, and EVE Energy secured numerous orders one after another, with major energy storage contracts and key cooperation projects continuously inked.
CORNEX Signs 12GWh Energy Storage Strategic Cooperation Deals
On June 3, CORNEX signed major energy storage orders totaling 12GWh at SNEC. It reached an 8GWh framework cooperation agreement with Dongfang Electric for 314Ah and 588Ah large-format cells. The company also sealed separate 2GWh strategic cooperation agreements for 588Ah large cells with Chint Electric and Voltup Energy respectively.
CORNEX has completed full-chain arrangements including production line renovation, process commissioning and supporting supply chain deployment. All reliability and stability tests as well as small-batch trial production of 588Ah cells have been finished, and the products are now ready for large-scale mass production and delivery.
SVOLT Secures 8GWh Energy Storage Orders
On June 3, SVOLT showcased a full range of products covering all application scenarios, including 122Ah laminated residential energy storage cells, 285kWh commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage all-in-one units and 6.29MWh utility-scale energy storage systems. On the same day, the company signed strategic cooperation and supply agreements with Sunlink New Energy, Dahai Group and Brazil’s BlueSun, with cumulative signed energy storage orders hitting 8GWh.
During the exhibition, delegations from Middle Eastern energy storage developer Masdar, as well as South Korean firms Prana and Hansol visited SVOLT’s booth. The parties reached consensus on exploring overseas markets. Meanwhile, leading companies such as Maitian Energy, Afore and Guoxia Technology also clarified future cooperation directions with SVOLT.
Saiwei Digital Energy Partners with EVE Energy on 10GWh Energy Storage Cooperation
On June 3, Saiwei Digital Energy and Hubei EVE Energy officially launched a 10GWh strategic cooperation for energy storage. The two sides will act as mutual supply chain partners to develop integrated turnkey energy storage solutions.
Leveraging EVE Energy’s cell production capacity and Saiwei Digital Energy’s strengths in AC/DC integrated equipment and self-developed software, the two parties will drive the integrated application of cells, energy storage hardware and software across various energy storage projects for the 10GWh cooperation scale.
Ganfeng Lithium Battery Inks Cooperation Deals Exceeding 30GWh
During the exhibition, Ganfeng Lithium Battery signed letters of intent with Ruiyuan, Clou Electronics, Oumlilike, Shaanxi Green Energy, Deye, Luda, GoodWe, Hertz and Hailei. Covering utility-scale energy storage for power stations, C&I energy storage and residential energy storage, the total cooperation volume surpassed 30GWh.
It signed an annual cooperation agreement with Guangdong Luda New Energy for 5GWh of 314Ah/392Ah cells, as well as a strategic framework agreement with Shaanxi Green Energy Co., Ltd.
JA Solar Reaches Strategic Cooperation with Towngas Energy
On June 3, JA Solar and Towngas Energy signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will focus on new energy and energy storage, and cooperate comprehensively in independent energy storage station construction, joint innovation, product services and asset operation.
The two sides will jointly develop, invest in, construct and operate a number of standalone energy storage stations. A joint working mechanism will be established to carry out research and demonstration applications on distributed PV, smart microgrids, virtual power plants, zero-carbon parks and direct green power supply. On the product and service side, JA Solar will provide Towngas Energy with integrated PV-energy storage solutions, products and supporting services.
SAJ Electric Signs 1GWh Australia PV & Energy Storage Cooperation
On June 3, SAJ Electric signed a 1GWh strategic cooperation agreement for PV and energy storage systems with Australian distributor OSW. The core products include SAJ’s new-generation residential energy storage all-in-one unit HS5 and B2S high-voltage battery systems tailored for the Australian market.
Notably, more than 50,000 sets of Suntree’s PV-energy storage systems have been operating stably across Australia to date.
Arctech Secures Cooperation for 1GW Energy Storage Projects
At the exhibition, Arctech signed a letter of intent for 1GW energy storage projects with Anhui Zhonghong New Energy to jointly develop large-capacity integrated PV-energy storage projects. It also reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Shandong Hou’an Investment on gigawatt-scale energy storage projects, enabling in-depth integration of solar trackers, PV and energy storage.
Shaanxi Green Energy Signs 10GWh Annual Energy Storage Procurement Agreement
At the exhibition, Shaanxi Green Energy under Shaanxi Environmental Protection Group partnered with Hainan Huaxin New Energy. The two signed a letter of intent for equipment procurement of the 200MW/400MWh energy storage station project in Shaoguan, Guangdong, and a framework agreement for annual equipment procurement of a series of 10GWh energy storage projects in 2027.
Axxiva Technology Cooperates with Shanghai Electric on Energy Storage
On June 3, Shanghai Electric (Anhui) Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Shanghai Electric Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Anhui Axxiva New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The two sides will jointly deploy solid-state batteries in energy storage, marine electrification, AI data centers (AIDC) and other scenarios.
Under the agreement, Shanghai Electric Energy Storage will provide energy storage system solutions and engineering implementation capabilities, while Axxiva Technology will deliver core technologies for hybrid solid-liquid batteries and all-solid-state batteries. The cooperation covers joint R&D, product industrialization and market expansion across multiple scenarios.
Absen Energy Partners with Ginlong Technologies
On June 3, Absen Energy and Ginlong Technologies formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement to build a long-term in-depth partnership. The two will jointly develop a full lineup of integrated C&I energy storage solutions.
Combining Ginlong’s high-performance C&I energy storage inverters with Absen Energy’s batteries, the integrated products feature optimal compatibility between inverters and energy storage cells. Supported by Absen’s comprehensive C&I energy storage product portfolio and Ginlong inverters, the joint solutions are applicable to small and medium-sized C&I energy storage projects.
