On February 4, Shenzhen Gas announced that its holding subsidiary Jiangsu Sveck Photovoltaic New Material will set up a plant for the manufacturing of encapsulation films used in PV modules. HD Renewable Energy (HDRE) held its pre-IPO investor conference on February 7, 2023, with SinoPac Securities being the underwriter.
