ReneSola's Micro Replus Microinverter Obtains SAA Approval Certification for Australia

ReneSola Ltd("ReneSola" or the "Company") (NYSE: SOL), a leading global manufacturer of solar photovoltaic ("PV") modules and wafers, today announced its microinverter, Micro Replus, has formally obtained a Certificate of Approval from SAA Approvals, a third-party certification body accredited by the Joint Accreditation Service of Australia and New Zealand ("JAS-ANZ") to issue Certificates of Approval for electrical equipment that has proven to comply with the safety requirements of the applicable Australian Standard.

SAA Approval Certification is required by the Australian government before a microinvertor may be exported to and sold in Australia, and demonstrates that Micro Replus meets Australia's safety requirements. Earlier this year, ReneSola received ETL and CEC certifications from Intertek, a worldwide leader in quality assurance and product safety certification, for the sale of Micro Replus in the United States and Canada.

Mr. Xianshou Li, ReneSola's chief executive officer, said, "Now that Micro Replus has received SAA Approval Certification, we believe it will be well adopted by the Australian market. Our SAA, ETL and CEC certifications are a testament to the performance, credibility and safety of our product. Micro Replus increases the energy output of solar modules, especially when covered in shade or debris. We have developed it with the goal of lowering prices for end users while increasing margins for installers through installer-direct turnkey solutions. We hope to capitalize on Australia's fast-growing solar market, as well as on the recent success of our module business, to grow our microinverter business in 2013."
