340MWh DC-side system! Opening a new channel for overseas expansion
On July 8th, Yunda Smart Energy Storage released the "Single Source Announcement for Yunda Smart Energy Storage Honduras 85MW 340MWh DC-side System" through its bidding platform, confirming that the winning supplier for the project procurement is "CORNEX".
According to previous bidding information, the name of the purchased product is the Honduras energy storage battery cabin, with specifications requiring "5.015MWh, 0.25C, standard 20-foot, including but not limited to DC systems, spare parts, etc.". Meanwhile, the project also requires the supplier to have experience in shipping overseas energy storage DC-side related products in the past three years.
It is reported that CORNEX will provide the 5MWh prefabricated battery cabin CORNEX M5 for the project. This product was mass-produced and launched in early 2024, featuring five advantages: "better performance, lower cost, higher safety, higher efficiency, and wider application scenarios". It has stood out in the context of intense industry competition and has been successfully applied in the global market.
Over 1GWh! Accelerating layout in the European market
According to insiders from CORNEX, CORNEX signed two energy storage orders with Bulgarian customers in early July, with a total scale exceeding 1GWh. CORNEX will provide them with the 5MWh prefabricated battery cabin CORNEX M5, which is expected to be delivered in October, helping with their project construction in major European power markets such as Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, and Bulgaria.
It is learned that CORNEX delivered nearly 100MWh of energy storage battery products to another Bulgarian customer in the first half of this year, which was highly recognized by the customer and received a commitment for repurchase. This cooperation with a major European customer once again confirms that CORNEX's energy storage batteries and system products have been unanimously recognized by the European market.
It is worth mentioning that CORNEX also signed a 2.5GWh strategic cooperation agreement with Immersa from the UK at the European Smart Energy Expo in early May, supplying 5MWh prefabricated battery cabin CORNEX M5 to it. At present, CORNEX has established a sound sales and service network in Europe, Australia, South America, Asia-Pacific and other regions, and has built long-term and stable cooperative relations with many internationally renowned enterprises.
