On October 10, Lixin Energy announced plans to jointly inject capital into four subsidiaries — Hotan County Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd., Pishan County Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd., Hotan City Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd., and Minfeng County Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. — together with Xinjiang Energy (Group) Beijiang Investment Co., Ltd. The capital increase will be carried out at a rate of RMB 1 per unit of registered capital.

According to the announcement, Lixin Energy will contribute approximately RMB 520 million, while Beijiang Investment will contribute RMB 500 million. In total, the two companies will inject around RMB 1.02 billion into the four subsidiaries. Upon completion, Lixin Energy will hold a 51% equity stake in each of the four companies, and Beijiang Investment will hold the remaining 49%.

With the new capital injection, the registered capital of the four companies will increase significantly. Specifically, the registered capital of Hotan County Lixin Integrated Energy, Pishan County Lixin Integrated Energy, Hotan City Lixin Integrated Energy, and Minfeng County Lixin Integrated Energy will rise from RMB 194 million, RMB 240 million, RMB 60 million, and RMB 119 million to approximately RMB 517 million, RMB 640 million, RMB 159 million, and RMB 317 million, respectively.

According to the announcement, this proportional capital increase between Lixin Energy and Beijiang Investment will help reduce financing costs, ease capital pressure for project construction, significantly lower the company’s debt ratio, and enhance its overall funding capacity and financial resilience.

It is worth noting that all four subsidiaries were originally wholly owned by Lixin Energy and are primarily engaged in the investment and construction of independent energy storage projects.
