Over 780MW: LONGi/Jinko/Aiko Secure Intensive Overseas Module Orders

published: 2025-12-31 17:41

Recently, LONGi Green Energy, Jinko Solar and Aiko Solar have reported a flurry of overseas PV module orders. The three photovoltaic enterprises secured orders in Vietnam, North Asia, Malaysia and other markets respectively, with a total scale exceeding 780MW.

LONGi Signs over 700MW Supply MOU in Vietnam

Recently, at a new product launch event held in Hanoi, Vietnam, LONGi signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) on supply with nearly 10 leading local partners including Solar Northern and DAT, with the total agreement scale exceeding 700MW.

At the launch event, LONGi officially rolled out a series of innovative products for the Vietnamese market. Tailored to Vietnam’s unique climatic conditions and diversified application demands, LONGi launched scenario-specific Hi-MO 9 modules, HIBC 700W modules, lightweight Hi-MO X10 modules and EcoLife series modules, which are adaptable to various harsh scenarios, commercial and industrial rooftops as well as residential users.

Notably, LONGi also showcased its PotisEdge energy storage system at the event, achieving an organic integration of photovoltaic power generation and intelligent energy management.

Jinko Solar Secures 18.79MW Tiger 3 Module Order in North Asia

Recently, Jinko Solar successfully signed a supply agreement for high-efficiency Tiger 3 photovoltaic modules with a North Asian distribution customer, with the order scale reaching 18.79MW.

The supplied Tiger 3 modules fully address the scenario pain points in North Asia by virtue of multiple core performance advantages, making them the preferred solution for distributed PV projects in the region. Tiger 3 modules boast superior power generation performance per unit area, ultra-high bifacial rate, outstanding low-light power generation performance, excellent anti-degradation capability and strong resistance to harsh environments.

This cooperation marks a significant milestone for Jinko Solar in breaking into the North Asian photovoltaic market.

Aiko Solar Wins 65MW BC PV Module Order

Currently, Malaysia’s largest single-capacity BC photovoltaic power station with a capacity of 65MW is under planning and construction. It is reported that the power station will adopt Aiko Solar’s 650W "Stellar" series ABC modules in full.

The total investment of the project is approximately RMB 430 million, and it is also equipped with a 200MWh battery energy storage system, scheduled to be connected to the grid for power generation in the second quarter of 2026.

Aiko Solar’s ABC modules winning the bid for Malaysia’s 65MW ground-mounted power station indicates that high-efficiency BC technology is gaining recognition in the ground-mounted power station market. Earlier, LONGi Green Energy signed a 700MW BC module supply MOU in Vietnam, demonstrating that Chinese photovoltaic enterprises are seizing high-quality orders in Southeast Asia and other markets with their high-efficiency and differentiated technologies.
