According to EnergyTrend, seven enterprises including Sungrow, Tianqi Hongyuan, RelyEZ, CECB, Welion New Energy, SinoHytec and Sav Digital Energy have recently announced new progress in energy storage contract signings, cooperation partnerships and order deliveries. Their newly secured orders cover markets across Asia, Europe, Latin America and other regions worldwide.

Sungrow Secures 500MWh Energy Storage Order

According to foreign media reports on July 9, Philippine renewable energy developer Berde Renewables signed a framework cooperation agreement with Sungrow and regional distributor Solar Hive to deploy a 200MW photovoltaic power generation and 500MWh battery energy storage project in Southeast Asia.

The agreement enables in-depth strategic collaboration covering technology supply, market implementation, after-sales service and capital coordination. Berde Renewables will gain full access to Sungrow’s complete technology system encompassing inverters, energy storage batteries, EV charging solutions and smart energy technologies. Solar Hive will provide regional logistics and distribution, spare parts supply, technical support and full-process after-sales services for the two markets.

Tianqi Hongyuan Lands 1GWh Energy Storage Order

On July 10, Tianqi Hongyuan announced the official signing of an energy storage product supply cooperation agreement in the UK. The cooperation focuses on the exclusive supply of energy storage products, with an initial order of 250MWh to be delivered within one year, followed by an additional 750MWh, totaling 1GWh.

Tailored to the household energy storage scenarios and stringent safety standards in the UK, Tianqi Hongyuan will deploy its pioneering immersive liquid-cooled household energy storage system. In addition, relying on the large-scale deployment of household energy storage and supporting photovoltaic systems, the two parties will jointly build and operate a community-level virtual power plant system.

RelyEZ Ships Its First Large-Scale Energy Storage Project in Chile

On July 10, RelyEZ announced that its 20MW/80MWh energy storage project in Chile has successfully completed factory acceptance and been shipped offsite recently.

This marks RelyEZ’s first large-scale energy storage project landed in Chile. The project adopts RelyEZ’s GridUltra 5016 liquid-cooled energy storage system. Prior to delivery, product acceptance tests were conducted by DNV, an authoritative international third-party institution entrusted by the client, with full technical support and joint debugging services provided by RelyEZ’s technical team.

CECB Signs 600MWh German Energy Storage Project

On July 13, the local German team of CECB signed a strategic energy storage cooperation agreement with a leading professional energy investor in Germany, securing the general contracting cooperation for grid-side energy storage projects with a total scale of 600MWh in Germany.

The cooperation focuses on Germany’s grid-scale energy storage sector, with in-depth collaboration on two large-scale energy storage power stations. CECB stated that the company’s integrated energy storage solutions have obtained multiple EU authoritative certifications, fully complying with Germany’s strict grid connection specifications, safety standards and long-term operational requirements.

Welion New Energy Inks Cooperation for Romanian Energy Storage Project

On July 14, Welion New Energy announced that it has recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Romanian local energy enterprise HOSTIX Zso. Centering on Welion’s flagship SPower II (522kWh) energy storage product, the two parties will launch energy storage projects with a total scale of approximately 50MWh in western Romania over the next two years.

The project will be equipped with Welion’s custom-developed SPower II 522kWh integrated energy storage system tailored for European operating conditions, supporting full coverage of diverse commercial scenarios. Under the agreement, Welion will provide complete semi-solid battery energy storage equipment, while HOSTIX Zso will leverage its local channel resources and project development advantages to promote the batch implementation of energy storage projects in western Romania.

For localized services, Welion will rely on its warehouse center in Budapest, Hungary to deliver spot goods across Central and Eastern Europe, shortening the logistics cycle to less than 7 days.

SinoHytec Delivers Its First Energy Storage System

On July 14, SinoHytec announced the official delivery of its first energy storage system since the establishment of its dedicated energy storage subsidiary.

The delivered energy storage system serves a distributed wind power project. In recent years, SinoHytec has actively expanded its new energy business layout, taking energy storage as a core strategic track on par with hydrogen fuel cells, and set up a specialized energy storage subsidiary to focus on integrated energy storage system solutions for power generation-side, grid-side and user-side scenarios.

Moving forward, SinoHytec will accelerate the deployment of diverse application scenarios, including energy storage supporting new energy power generation, industrial and commercial energy storage, and zero-carbon intelligent computing centers.

Sav Digital Energy Signs Industrial and Commercial User-Side Energy Storage Project

On July 15, Sav Digital Energy announced that it has recently secured an industrial and commercial user-side energy storage project.

For this cooperation, Sav Digital Energy will deploy its S2 High-Efficiency King energy storage system, which is mainly used for factory peak-valley arbitrage and power demand management, reducing enterprises’ comprehensive power consumption costs through intelligent charge-discharge strategies. A total of 11 sets of S2 High-Efficiency King energy storage cabinets will be deployed for the project, with a single-unit capacity of 261kWh.
