The operations involved span multiple sectors, including renewable energy development, technical services, energy storage, and equipment sales.
Two New Subsidiaries Established under China Energy Investment Corporation
Recently, enterprises under China Energy Investment Corporation (CHN Energy) have continued to advance their renewable energy footprint, establishing new companies across fields such as wind power, photovoltaics (PV), and energy storage.
On August 31, Guoneng Zhunyuan Renewable Energy Development (Qitai) Co., Ltd. was officially established in Qitai County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, with a registered capital of 350 million yuan and Lu Xiaodong as its legal representative.
The company's business scope includes wind power technical services, emerging energy technology R&D, waste heat, pressure, and gas utilization technology R&D, solar power technical services, and energy storage technical services.
An equity breakdown reveals that the company is wholly owned by Guoneng Xinjiang Coal-to-Gas Co., Ltd., a second-tier subsidiary of CHN Energy.
On August 28, Hainan Longyuan Haikong Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. Its business scope covers wind power technical services, solar power technical services, power generation technical services, and energy storage technical services.
Equity details show that the entity was jointly established by China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited (a subsidiary of CHN Energy) and Hainan Haikong Energy Co., Ltd. Longyuan Power contributed 190 million yuan for a 95% stake, while Hainan Haikong Energy contributed 10 million yuan, holding 5%.
Gotion High-Tech Establishes New Renewable Energy Sales Subsidiary
On August 28, Gotion High-Tech (Anhui) Sales Co., Ltd. was established with Chen Wei as its legal representative and a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. Its scope of business encompasses sales of testing equipment for new energy vehicle production, R&D of emerging energy technology, manufacturing of renewable energy prime movers, battery sales, battery components sales, and sales of PV equipment and components.
Equity tracking shows that the firm is wholly owned by Hefei Gotion High-Tech Power Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Gotion High-Tech, making it an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Gotion High-Tech.
China Huadian and LONGi Form Joint Renewable Energy Venture
On August 27, Huadian (Otog Front Banner) Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. was established in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, with Wang Zhiqiang as legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan.
The scope of business includes R&D of emerging energy technology, energy-saving management services, energy storage technical services, R&D of key waste-heat power generation technology, and wind power technical services.
The equity structure indicates that the company is a joint venture between Huadian Renewable Energy Group Co., Ltd. and Xi'an LONGi Clean Energy Co., Ltd. Huadian contributed 9.5 million yuan for a 95% equity stake, while LONGi contributed 500,000 yuan, holding 5%.
China National Coal Group Sets Up New Renewable Energy Company
On August 17, China Coal Power (Sheyang) Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. was founded in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, with Bian Dengpeng as legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan.
Its business scope includes power generation technical services, wind power technical services, solar power technical services, and biomass energy technical services.
Equity details show that the entity is 100% owned by China Coal Power Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Coal Group (China Coal).
