Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited(NYSE: YGE) ("Yingli Green Energy" or the "Company"), a leading solar energy company and one of the world's largest vertically integrated photovoltaic ("PV") manufacturers, which markets its products under the brand "Yingli Solar", announced that the Company has entered into a non-binding strategic cooperation framework agreement (the "Agreement") with GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited ("GCL-Poly"). GCL-Poly is a world leading PV materials supplier, PV system integrator, PV power plant investor and operator.
Under the terms of the Agreement, Yingli Green Energy and GCL-Poly wish to leverage their advantages in the PV sector, including research and development and product manufacturing, and seek to fully cooperate with each other along the PV supply chain.
