Chiu Chuang-yi, CEO of Horizon Plus, as well as Ekachai Yimsakul, Managing Director of Arun Plus, and Chai Vinichbutr, Vice Chairman of Rojana Industrial Park, were present at the signing ceremony, in order to ensure that Horizon Plus obtains a piece of land for plant establishment at EEC.

Horizon Plus plans to establish an EV manufacturing plant in Thailand, before gradually constructing a production system, supply chain management, as well as an engineering and R&D center. The manufacturing plant is scheduled to complete construction and initiate production in 2024, with an annual target of 50K units planned for the 2-3 year period of the first phase, before an increase in production to 150K units in 2030.

Horizon Plus is dedicated to work with all auto brands who are interested in developing EV prototypes in Thailand and ASEAN, as well as supportive towards EV production, in order to fulfill market demand for EVs, and establish a compatible EV ecological system in Thailand so as to expand development for related industries in the future.
