On April 14, Flat Group released an announcement stating that Jinko and its subsidiaries plan to purchase approximately 77GW PV glass from Flat and its subsidiaries during 2024-2025, with specific order prices following the market and determined by both parties on a monthly basis.
It is expected that Flat will sell approximately 489.5 million square meters of photovoltaic glass with a total sales amount of about 10.524 billion yuan (including tax) at current market prices.
Flat Group stated that the signing of the contract is conducive to the market promotion of the company's large-size and thin-film photovoltaic glass products, increasing the stable sales of photovoltaic glass, and having a positive impact on the company's operating performance.
