Eve Energy & Envision Energy Successively Establish New Energy Storage Subsidiaries

According to EnergyTrend, Eve Energy and Envision Energy have successively set up new energy storage subsidiaries recently. Teaming up with state-owned enterprises, both players are ramping up their layout in the new energy storage track.

Establishment of Fujian Eve Energy Co., Ltd.

Fujian Eve Energy Co., Ltd. was founded on April 23, 2026, with a registered capital of 900 million yuan and Ma Chengyong as its legal representative.

Enterprise registration data show that the company is jointly held by Eve Energy and Longking Environmental Protection, with shareholding ratios of 80% and 20% respectively.

Previously on the evening of April 7, Longking Environmental Protection issued an announcement, proposing to set up a joint venture with lithium battery leader Eve Energy. The total investment is planned at 6 billion yuan to build a 60GWh large-capacity energy storage battery factory, foraying into the core link of energy storage cell manufacturing.

Headquartered in Longyan City, Fujian Province, the new company’s business scope covers battery manufacturing and sales, new energy technology R&D, new material technology R&D, auto parts and component manufacturing, sales of special electronic equipment, sales of power electronic components, and sales of EV battery swapping facilities, among others.

Envision Energy Launches New Energy Storage Company

Tongliao Hejing New Energy Co., Ltd. of Inner Mongolia was established on April 16, 2026, with a registered capital of 5 million yuan and Zhu Xiaofeng as legal representative.

Equity penetration data from enterprise inquiry platforms indicates that the company is jointly owned by CGN (Inner Mongolia) New Energy Investment Co., Ltd., an affiliate of CGN Wind Power Co., Ltd., and Inner Mongolia New Envision Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Envision Energy Co., Ltd.

The business scope of the new company includes energy storage technology services, wind power generation technology services, solar power generation technology services, power generation, power transmission, and power supply & distribution businesses.
