Recently, the photovoltaic (PV) module market has seen a continuous stream of good news regarding orders. JinkoSolar signed a 151 MW module agreement in Germany, Trina Solar's 126 MW project in Uzbekistan was put into operation, HuanSheng and Hoyuan won the bid for a 640 MW order in Gansu, and UtmoLight achieved bulk delivery of its perovskite modules.
Trina Solar’s 126 MW Project in Uzbekistan Put into Operation
Recently, the 126 MW Sarimay solar project, located in the Khorezm region of Uzbekistan, was officially and fully put into operation. The project exclusively utilizes Trina Solar's Vertex N 700W+ modules.
It is reported that the construction of the project began in May 2024, and it has now successfully completed grid connection with the National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan.
JinkoSolar Signs 151 MW Module Supply Agreement in Germany
Recently, JinkoSolar signed a 151 MW high-efficiency module supply agreement in Germany. The order is entirely composed of Tiger Neo 3.0 N-type TOPCon bifacial modules, which will primarily be used for large-scale utility ground-mounted solar projects in Germany.
Since the beginning of this year, JinkoSolar has continued to promote the application of high-efficiency N-type TOPCon modules in overseas markets, with its products now covering multiple regions including Europe, the Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. This 151 MW order in Germany further expands the company's module order footprint in the European utility-scale solar sector.
HuanSheng and Hoyuan Win 640 MW Module Procurement Order in Gansu
On September 15, the bidding results were announced for the procurement of 640.9728 MWp N-type TOPCon monocrystalline bifacial dual-glass modules for the 800 MW photovoltaic project at the Tengger Desert Hexi Renewable Energy Base in Gansu.
The project was divided into two bidding sections. The winning bidders were HuanSheng Photovoltaic (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. and Hoyuan Green Energy Co., Ltd. Their winning capacities were 320.56128 MW and 320.41152 MW, respectively, with winning unit prices of 0.695 RMB/W and 0.692 RMB/W.
UtmoLight Achieves Bulk Delivery of Perovskite Modules
Recently, UtmoLight has successively completed the delivery of multiple batches of perovskite PV modules. The orders cover domestic regions such as Jiangsu, Anhui, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shanxi, and Shandong, as well as overseas markets including Japan and Singapore.
Among these, the Wuxi Aike rooftop distributed PV project in Jiangsu has an installed capacity of 1.3 MW. The project is being constructed in two phases, and the module delivery for the first phase has now been completed. The Changshu Aiqingzhiyin distributed PV project in Jiangsu has an installed capacity of 1.2 MW and has currently entered the installation and construction stage. Both of the aforementioned projects utilize UtmoLight's 2.81-square-meter Chuanshi series perovskite modules.
In addition to distributed projects, UtmoLight's bulk delivery this time also covers application scenarios such as centralized power plants and Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV). Regarding the overseas market, since achieving its first overseas export of perovskite modules in 2024, the company has continued to expand its international orders, and this Singapore order has also been successfully delivered.
