On November 2, the annual output of Guoke Energy (Lanzhou New District) Co., Ltd. The 30 GWh new energy battery production base project (Phase I) was officially put into operation.
The base has an overall planned production capacity of 30 GWh and will be constructed in three phases with a total investment of approximately RMB 9 billion. Among them, The first phase investment is about RMB 2.8 billion to build 4 production lines. It has the annual production capacity of 10 GWh lithium iron phosphate energy storage cells, and its products cover 102 Ah, 314 Ah and 588 Ah square aluminum shell cells. And simultaneously lay out sodium battery and solid-state battery technology routes.
Tianshun Smart Energy Yangzi 5 MWh project comes online
Recently, Tianshun Smart Energy Yangzi Project 5 MWh integrated energy storage cabinet The production line joint debugging and factory inspection were completed at the Jingshan factory in Jingmen, Hubei Province, and the product was put into production.
This project focuses on the energy storage system integration business, covering integrated assembly and commissioning of cabinets, PCS, BMS, temperature control, fire protection and power distribution. The products are mainly targeted at scenarios such as industrial and commercial peak shaving and valley filling, photovoltaic distribution and storage, power grid peak shaving and emergency backup power supply..
This offline operation marks that the base has the batch delivery capability of this model, and subsequent production and delivery will be carried out as planned.
CALB Zaozhuang Base's first batch of 588 Ah energy storage cells rolls off the production line
On October 30, CALB Zaozhuang base held a cell offline ceremony. The first batch of 588 Ah long cycle energy storage cells officially rolls off the production line.
It is reported that the total planned production capacity of the Zaozhuang base is 100 GWh, which will be promoted in three phases. The first phase of the project, which is put into production this time, has a total investment of RMB 5.5 billion and includes an electrode workshop, cell workshop and power station building. After reaching production, it will have an annual production capacity of 25 GWh energy storage batteries. The off-line product is the "Zhijiu" series 588 Ah energy storage cell, which has a cycle life of more than 15,000 times and a designed operating life of 25 years. It is mainly used in scenarios such as wind and photovoltaic power stations, grid-side frequency regulation and large-scale energy storage power stations.
Zhongke Hongtai Tongling solid-state battery and system integration project started
On October 23, Zhongke Hongtai (Anhui) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Annual production of 1 GWh lithium metal, ultra-low temperature solid-state batteries and 2 GWh energy storage and power battery system integration projects, a groundbreaking ceremony was held at Datong Industrial and Trade Park in Tongling Suburban Economic Development Zone.
The project was invested and constructed by Zhongke Hongtai and received investment support from Beijing Shenhong Asset Management Co., Ltd. The project plans to build an integrated production line with an annual output of 1 GWh of lithium metal and ultra-low temperature solid-state batteries, and 2 GWh of energy storage and power battery systems.
After the project is completed and put into production, it will connect the entire chain from battery research and development, cell manufacturing to system integration, mainly for energy storage and new energy power application scenarios, and improve the company's large-scale delivery and quality control capabilities.
PHENEXS Suining 25 GWh energy storage battery project starts construction
Recently, PHENEXS Construction of 25 GWh new energy storage battery project starts in Chuanshan District, Suining, Sichuan.
The total investment of the project RMB 5.5 billion, covering an area of 450 acres, Plan to build 2 lithium/sodium compatible cell production lines and supporting facilities, with an annual production capacity of 25 GWh energy storage cells. The production line supports flexible switching production of lithium iron phosphate and sodium-ion cells, and the products are targeted at scenarios such as large-scale energy storage, industrial and commercial energy storage, AIDC computing power supply, and portable energy storage.
