Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited (NYSE: YGE) announced that its U.S. subsidiary, Yingli Green Energy Americas, Inc. ("Yingli Americas"), has been selected by Lincoln Renewable Energy, LLC ("LRE"), a U.S. solar and wind power developer, to deliver 10 megawatts ("MW") AC of Yingli Solar modules for its New Jersey Oak Solar PV Power Plant in Fairfield Township, Cumberland County, New Jersey. The project is being constructed by Quanta Renewable Energy Services and The Ryan Company under a comprehensive engineering, procurement and construction services agreement with LRE. When completed later this year, the New Jersey Oak Solar project will be the largest non-utility owned solar project east of the Mississippi.

The 10 MW solar power plant will utilize 55,000 YGE-235 Series high efficiency, multicrystalline modules, which deliver a module efficiency of up to 15 percent. Yingli Solar multicrystalline modules deliver above-average energy yields, minimizing installation costs and maximizing kilowatt hour output. Last month, Yingli Americas announced a milestone of over 250 MW in North American sales and expects to capture 15 percent of the U.S. market share in 2011.

"We are pleased to work with Lincoln Renewable Energy and Quanta Renewable Energy Services on one of the largest and most advanced utility-scale installations on the East Coast," said Robert Petrina, Managing Director of Yingli Americas. "Having worked with Quanta on a number of projects utilizing our high-performance modules to date, we are looking forward to delivering on these ambitious projects."

"We are delighted to be working with such a proven supplier of high-quality solar PV modules," said LRE CEO Declan Flanagan. "Together with Quanta and Yingli, we are excited for this highly innovative project to reach commercial operation before the end of the year."

"The New Jersey Oak Solar project represents our largest procurement from Yingli Americas to date," said Michael DonMoyer, President of Quanta Renewable Energy Services. "The choice to work with Yingli Americas was based on the company's track record of delivering high-quality, cost-effective modules on schedule and on budget. We are pleased to team with one the nation's leading and most reputable solar PV suppliers on this project."

Yingli Americas has headquarters in New York and San Francisco and recently announced the opening of a U.S.-based research and development facility. The Company is one of the fastest growing module suppliers in North America with projects in over 23 states, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
