Innovative Solar Systems, LLC (ISS) has secured all approvals, including interconnection and purchase power agreements, and is ready to start construction on an 80MW Solar Farm Project in Hope Mills, North Carolina. State, federal and regulatory approvals for the project are also secured. This project will be the single largest solar farm project ever built in the United States on this side of the Rockies.

John Green, CEO and company spokesman, states, “We are very excited to start construction sometime this year after securing the final owner for this project.”

ISS is in negotiations with many large corporate entities that wish to own this solar farm project long term after construction. The 15 year purchase power agreement (PPA) and flat, easy build project site make this a financially attractive solar farm project for many potential buyers, states Green. ISS has secured a very credit-worthy EPC that will construct this project in a timely fashion while providing the required long term operating and maintenance contracts needed for IS46. Choosing an experienced and credit-worthy EPC for a project of this size is critical to the project's success states Green of ISS.

Utility Scale projects like this one are not new to the ISS team as the company has become one of the largest developers of utility scale solar farm projects in the United States.
