Huawei Technologies Co Ltd (Huawei) and SPI Solarbao (SPI Bao) has entered into a comprehensive cooperation agreement to co-develop online financing and smart equipment solutions for constructions of intelligent PV power plants. The smart solutions will include smart inverter, Wi-Fi transmission systems and FusionSolar intelligent solar PV station managing systems.
Under the agreement, Huawei will be the central solution provider for SPI’s 2GW intelligent PV power plants. The FusionSolar managing system will help SPI and Huawei establish a global operation & maintenance center for solar PV power stations. The two companies agreed to leverage each other’s advantages and engage in strong cooperation for the global O&M center.
