LONGi Clean Energy Co., a subsidiary of LONGi Group, and LERRI Solar Technology, a monocrystalline solar cell and module manufacturer, both signed a strategic partnership agreement with Tonking New Energy on August 10. They will share sources of the three firms in order to promote being complementary to each other in the solar industry.

The signing ceremony was participated by Changjiang Zhang (Chairman of LONGi Clean Energy), Baoshen Zhong (Chairman of LERRI Solar Technology), Jiannong Wu (Chairman of Tonking New Energy) and Yufen Ye (Vice-president of Tonking New Energy). After a trilateral meeting held in LERRI’s headquarters, they signed the agreement.

Baoshen Zhong pointed out, after signing this strategic agreement, “the three parties will form a firmer collaboration relationship.” With a higher strategic perspective, they will share resources, support each other with one's own strength, and form a multi-win scenario.

LONGi Clean Energy Co., a subsidiary and a holding company of LONGi Group, was established in June 2014 and focuses on PV systems' investment, construction and operation services.

LERRI Solar Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LONGi, is one of the main mono-crystalline solar cell and module manufacturers in China.

Tonking New Energy is the only racking system supplier that focuses on automatic solar tracking systems in China. The company had many large-scale agriculture-integrated PV plants' EPC service experiences in China.

This collaboration will combine mono-si PV modules and solar tracking systems, optimizing PV plants' energy generation efficiencies as well as lower costs of solar electricity.
