JinkoSolar, a global PV product provider, announced that it has completed the repurchase of certain 4.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2019 (the "Notes") at the option of holders of the Notes.
An aggregate principal amount of US$61,074,000 of the Notes was tendered for repurchase, with Notes in the principal amount of US$10,000 remaining outstanding after such repurchase.
