Phillips Edison & Company is pleased to announce a partnership with Volta Charging to install no-fee charging stations for electric vehicles at the Rocky Ridge Town Center in Roseville, California. The Volta charging stations support the Company’s sustainability program and PECO Grow, Phillips Edison’s new marketing and economic development initiative that emphasizes a long-term commitment to the communities in which the Company serves. The new stations will be compatible with virtually every electric car on the market and capable of delivering up to 9.6 kW of power, or 35 free electric miles per hour of charging.

“Through our partnership with Volta Charging, Phillips Edison is able to achieve our goal of enhancing the shopping centers we own and bringing superior value to the communities we serve,” said Eric Richter, Senior Vice President of Property Management at Phillips Edison. “We are excited to be affiliated with such an innovative organization and proud to do our part in reducing overall carbon emissions in Roseville.”

Scott Mercer, Chief Executive of Volta Charging added, "Volta is thrilled to be part of the Rocky Ridge Town Center renewal lead by Phillips Edison. We admire and share their mission to provide tangible, valuable amenities in local communities."

To acknowledge this initiative, Phillips Edison will launch its PECO Grow campaign by hosting an open house event for local community leaders and current and prospective tenants at the Rocky Ridge Town Center on Thursday November 9, 2017 from 2 until 4pm PDT. Members of Phillips Edison’s and Volta’s management teams will be in attendance.

“PECO Grow formally symbolizes our efforts to collaborate with the local communities. We’re long term owners of our shopping centers, and we are here to put down roots so we can deliver the best grocery-anchored shopping center for communities like Roseville,” said Scott Adair, Vice President of Economic Development. In support of Phillips Edison’s economic development team, PECO Grow will enhance the Company’s objective to continue to strengthen relationships with its tenants, local community leaders and community influencers, beginning here at Rocky Ridge Town Center.

Rocky Ridge Town Center is a 93,337 square foot shopping center in Roseville, California. Anchored by a 27,650 square foot Sprouts Farmers Market, the center includes national tenants AT&T, Starbucks, Sport Clips and Wells Fargo.
