On October 30th, Trina Solar disclosed in an announcement that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Trina Storage Co., Ltd., has signed a sales contract for over 1GWh of energy storage products with customers in the European region.
The project adopts the Elementa 2 Pro product, which is the company's new-generation flexible energy storage battery cabinet, with the energy density of the power station increased by 12%. Equipped with AI intelligent liquid cooling, it achieves a temperature difference within the cabinet of ≤2.5℃ and has won the industry's first UL Vmark certification. Meanwhile, the adoption of air-liquid hybrid technology and long-life battery cells can further reduce the cost per kilowatt-hour.
